HYDERABAD: Chennai-Hazrath Nizamuddin-Chennai weekly Garibrath Express will be inaugurated at Chennai on February 21. Regular train services will commence from February 26 from Hazrath Nizamuddin and March 3 from Chennai, according to a South Central Railway press released here on Tuesday. The Hazrath Nizamuddin-Chennai Garibrath Express (T.No 2612) will leave H.Nizamuddin at 4 pm every Monday and arrive in Chennai the next day at 8.10 pm. Enroute it will stop at Ballarshah (8.20 am), Vijayawada (2.20 pm), Ongole (4.17 pm) and Gudur (6.25 pm). In the return direction, T.No 2611 will leave Chennai at 6.10 am every Saturday and arrive in H.Nizamuddin at 10.15 the next day. The train will stop at Gudur (8 am), Ongole (9.51 am), Vijayawada (11.55 am) and Ballarshah (5.50 pm). The train consists of 12 AC three tier and four AC chair car coaches.
Prashanthi Express
Train o 8563/8564 Visakhapatnam-Bangalore-Visakhapatnam Prashanthi Express has been extended up to Bhubaneswar from February 20. The Bangalore-bound train leaves Bhubaneswar at 4.15 am and arrives in Bangalore at 10 am the next day. En route the train stops at Khurda Road (4.40 am), Bulugaon (5.40 am), Chatrapur (6.25 am), Berhampur (6.50 am), Palasa (8.08 am), Naupada (8.33 am), Srikakulam Road (9.07 am), Vizianagaram (10.08 am), Visakhapatnam (11.10 am), Duvvada (11.59 am) and Vijayawada (5.30 pm) In the return direction, the train leaves Bangalore at 2 pm and arrives in Bhubaneswar at 8.55 pm the next day. The train will have 21 coaches comprising two AC three tier, one AC two tier, 11 sleeper class, one pantry car, four general second class and two second class luggage cum brake van coaches.
