RV QuizCorp from tomorrow

RV QuizCorp, the quiz club of R.V. College of Engineering, has organised a national level quiz fest from February 23 to 25. The fest, entitled Under the Peepal Tree, will feature four college quiz competitions, including an open quiz (open to all members of the public irrespective of institutional affiliations) and a Corporate General Quiz. The Sports and Sci-Tech quiz will be held on February 23. All the college competitions will be held at the R.V. Teacher's College, Jayanagar.

The quizzing action will shift to the KSCA Club in Chinnaswamy Stadium on February 25 for the open Audio-Visual Quiz and Fine Answers, the corporate quiz. Past editions of RV QuizCorp's quizfests had featured quizzing talents from leading institutions from across the country such as the IITs, IIMs, NITs and the National Law School of India University (NLSIU).

Vision 2020

Christ College and Script Peoples Theatre will present the second edition of Vision 2020, a theatre production, for the World Theatre Day on March 27. The production will feature over 150 actors with the spotlights on Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa and Abdul Kalam.

Good response to Gardenia

Gardenia-2007, the annual all-India inter-collegiate literary and cultural festival, organised by the Garden City College attracted students from 135 colleges across the country. The fest had events such as Extreme Blast, Brain Freezer, Product Launch, Stock Game and Best Manager for undergraduate students, and Bravado, Monetize, Imprimis, Exault and Clairvoyant for postgraduates.
