Microsoft official meets YSR

HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy has urged chief research and strategic officer of Microsoft Craig Mundie to take benefits of IT to the rural areas.

Dr. Reddy told Mr. Mundie when the latter called on him here on Thursday that IT benefits should reach the sectors of education, health and agriculture.

Mr. Craig told Dr. Reddy that Microsoft was aiming at providing training to students in the State.
