Judges, presiding officers transferred

HYDERABAD: The High Court has transferred and posted Principal District and Sessions Judges and Presiding Officers of different courts.

According to a copy of the orders, A.P. Bhanj Deo, former Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Guntur, was posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court III, Hyderabad, vice V. Appalanarasimham, who will await posting orders.

K. Suvarchala, former Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram, was posted as Presiding Officer, Labour II, Hyderabad, vice A. Navamohan Rao, posted as Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases cum-III Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Currently serving as Law Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, R. Ramachandra Reddy was on completion of deputation, posted as I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Prakasam vice S. Jagannadham, posted as Special Judge for Trial of Offences under SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989-cum-VII Additional. District and Sessions Judge, Ongole.
