TIRUCHI: It seems the wait is just getting longer for fans of actor Vivek. The movie, `Solli Adipaen,' with Vivek in the lead and slated for release on Friday has been postponed due to non-availability of cinema halls. "February is crowded with the release of films and with `Paruthi Veeran' and `Mozhi' hitting the silver screen on Friday, the producer has decided to defer the release of `Solli Adipaen," says the actor, who was in the city on Thursday.
In April
Vivek added that the flick, also starring Chaya Singh and Tejashree, would most probably make it to the theatres two weeks after the release of `Sivaji' in April. "World Cup cricket begins next month and March is also exam time for students. I think end of April would be ideal, but still discussions are on," he says. Vivek confides that he accepted the role in the movie only after making sure that the story suited him. "This not a subject for regular heroes. The film has all the ingredients to satisfy the needs of fans." Though getting lots of offers, the actor says that he has decided to wait for the result of `Solli Adipaen' before signing the next movie as a hero.
