CHANDIGARH: There was panic among the indoor patients admitted to General Hospital in Karnal on Thursday evening following "discovery'' of a letter purportedly stating that a bomb that had been planted in the hospital premises would explode at 6 p.m. According to reports here, several patients ran out of the hospital even before the police reached the spot. . However, a thorough search of the building revealed that it was all a "hoax,'' a police officer said.
