Governor inaugurates painting exhibition on man-nature bond

MYRIAD HUES: Governor Surjit Singh Barnala studies the work of artist Trilok Pal at an exhibition of paintings at CP Arts Centre on Thursday.

Chennai : Governor Surjit Singh Barnala inaugurated a painting exhibition on the bond between man and nature on Thursday.

The paintings by New Delhi-based artist Trilok Pal will be on view till February 25 between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. every day at CP Arts Centre on Eldams Road.

Mr. Pal uses watercolours and his favourite theme is the change wrought on Nature by human beings. A drawing teacher in S.B. Mill School, Mr. Pal said he proposed to hold exhibitions in metropolitan cities regularly.
