Bidar: Heads of religious institutions and resource persons will deliver lectures on Basaveshwara's philosophy during the three-day Sharana Samskruti Utsav that starts on Sunday in Bidar. The utsav aims at spreading Basaveshwara's philosophy, end social evils and help people find solace from stress, Basavaraj Bharashetty, president of the Basava Kendra told presspersons in Bidar on Thursday. The kendra is organising the utsav.
