Transco adalat

Transco will hold its Lok Adalat at Mint Compound at 11 a.m. on Saturday to settle cases of consumers of the Central discom. Consumers can utilise the opportunity to get their grievances settled.

Free health camp

A free health camp along with free eye check-up services and IOL (cataract) surgeries will be organised by Alfa Foundation on February 26 at 9 a.m. near Ramalayam, beside Government Primary School, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Moosapet. Apart from consultation on common ailments, an awareness programme on TB in association with HYLEP-Lepra Society will also be held.

SCR seminar

A two-day seminar on `Fast track construction of bridges for important projects' under the aegis of the Indian Institute of Bridge Engineers was inaugurated at Rail Nilayam on Friday. K.V. Rangaswami, Senior Executive Vice-President, L&T Limited, Chennai, was chief guest while M.C. Bhide, institute's Honorary Director-General, R.K. Goyal, Principal Chief Engineer, SCR, and others spoke.
