BAL opens pro-biking showroom

CHENNAI: Bajaj Auto has further extended its Pulsar range with the launch of 200cc Pulsar DTS-i, to address the needs of a growing segment of pro-bikers (professional bikers). The company has also formally inaugurated a pro-biking showroom in Chennai.

Addressing presspersons here on Friday, K. Srinivas, Vice-President, Bajaj Auto, said the company had already opened its first such showroom in Pune and the plan was to put up 55 pro-biking showrooms during the current financial year involving an investment of Rs. 300 crore.

According to R. Chandrasekar, National Sales Manager (Retail), the pro-biking showroom would have a technology centre for in-depth understanding of the technology and a specially designed dynamometer for inside showroom test ride.
