Bidar: Senior lawyer and former Public Prosecutor Zahar Ul Haq (65) died in Bidar on Friday. He collapsed while praying at the Quadria Mosque. He was rushed to the Apex Hospital where he was declared dead. The last rites were performed on Saturday. Former Chief Minister N. Dharam Singh, Agriculture Minister Bandeppa Kashempur, MLC Quazi Arshad Ali, District Congress Committee president V.K. Patil, former Ministers Bheemanna Khandre, Gurupadappa Nagamarapalli and former MLA Mohammad Laiquddin expressed grief at his death.
