Eight killed in road accidents

Kakinada: Eight persons were killed in road accidents in the State on Saturday.

Five persons, including a two-year-old girl, were killed when the autorickshaw in which they were travelling collided with a lorry near Chollangipet, 16 km from here on the Kakinada - Yanam road. Two women were killed on the spot.

Karimnagar Staff Reporter writes: Three migrant labourers from Orissa were killed and three others sustained injuries when the lorry in which they were travelling overturned in Peddapalli mandal.
