JKC emerges winner

GUNTUR: JKC XI defeated Talent XI by 60 runs in the final of the Rukmabai and A. Lakshmi Narasimham memorial Guntur District league cricket championship here on Sunday. The Man of the Series award went to Giri Babu (LEM Stars), while Manoj Sai (JKC), A. Jagadish (Talent) and Ganesh (JKC) bagged the best batsman, bowler and fielder awards respectively.

The scores: JKC XI 116 in 25 overs (V. Manoj Sai 54) bt Talent XI 56 in 20 overs.
