Bangalore: With the ICC World Cup looming large, cricket lovers across the city can wish the Indian team good luck by participating in the Xbox 360 "Good Luck India" signature campaign.
Console
Yuvraj Singh, who is part of the 15-member Indian team, launched the campaign by unveiling a large Xbox 360 console here on Sunday. The celebrity, who arrived an hour-and-a-half late while journalists sweated it out in the hot afternoon sun, was also the first to sign on the console.
Critical element
The campaign was a critical element of the run-up to the soon-to-be launched Xbox 360 exclusive gaming title for India - Yuvraj Singh International Cricket 2007. The cricketer, who was apparently partying till late Saturday night, spent only 10 minutes at the event speaking to journalists representing some television channels.
Hope
Yuvraj Singh, who is also the brand ambassador of Xbox 360, said that he hoped cricket lovers had a wonderful gaming experience with "Yuvraj Singh International Cricket 2007" game. "I am glad to be associated with Xbox 360 and I wish it luck," the cricketer said. The large console will go around the city, where cricket lovers can sign on it and wish the team good luck for the World Cup ahead.
