Neptune CC emerges champion

Bangalore: Neptune CC emerged champion in the KSCA Group I, fourth division league that concluded here on Tuesday.

In the final, Neptune CC defeated Modern CC by ten wickets. Prajwal's five for 35 and Vivekananda's 54 set up Neptune CC's triumph.

The scores (final): Modern CC 147 in 53.2 overs (Vikas Raj Bhatt 44 n.o., Prajwal five for 35) & 130 for nine in 30 overs lost to Neptune CC 275 for eight in 55 overs (Vivekananda 54, G.R. Ranjan 48) & five for no loss in one over.
