SEBI imposes fine on Kunaram Chaudhary

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India has imposed a fine of Rs. 54 lakh on Kunaram Chaudhary, promoter and director of Ransi Software, for his failure to furnish information to the regulator, manipulative role in his dealings in Ransi Software shares and cheating investors.
