Workshop held on data analysis and mining

HYDERABAD: A workshop on `Data Analysis and Mining' was organised at the National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM) at Rajendranagar in association with Society for Research Management (SORM) and Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS).

Addressing participants, Dr. D. Rama Rao, Head, ICM unit of NAARM, said data mining was a new perspective of data analysis with more of an exploratory orientation rather than a confirmatory mode.
