First CNG outlet in city

Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: Here is some good news for motorists. The first Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) refilling unit will be inaugurated at Nampally on Wednesday.

Bhagyanagar Gas Limited (BGL), a joint venture company between Gas Authority of India (GAIL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), is establishing the outlet. It will be operated under the aegis of Civil Supplies Department.

With this, the long-standing problems of autorickshaw drivers and car owners running on CNG will be solved to a large extent.
