Call centre festival

THE CITY'S Garuda Mall terrace was abuzz last week with a unique event, The Big Bangalorean Call Centre and BPO fest.

The event attracted cultural teams from companies such as Spice Telecom, Spheris, HTMT, Transworks, Dell, HP, Nirvana Business and Elite.

At the end of some fun-filled yet competitive events, a few had reasons to go home smiling.

Preetu from Transworks won the Solo Dance event, while the Spice Telecom team won the Group Dance contest. Praveen Kumar from Dell was adjudged the best in singing, while Mahesh from Spice Telecom and Namratha from Spheris were winners of the beauty contests. Spice won the overall title for the best participating company.

Actor Kumar Govind was the guest of honour along with actress Neetu.
