Dies in accident

CHENNAI : A 20-year-old youth died on the spot when he fell from a moving bus near Koyambedu on Tuesday evening.

Police identified the victim as Dinesh of Kodungaiyur M. R. Nagar. He was studying BBA in a private college in the city. He was reportedly travelling on the footboard of a Metropolitan Transport Corporation bus proceeding towards Koyambedu. When he fell from the bus, the rearwheel ran over him, killing him on the spot.
