Ranbaxy's drug acquired by PPD

NEW DELHI: Ranbaxy Laboratories on Thursday said the U.S.-based contract research organisation, PPD Inc, has acquired exclusive worldwide licence to develop, manufacture and market the company's cholesterol lowering novel statin.
