BELGAUM: The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee has announced the names of candidates elected as members and office-bearers of all six block committees in Belgaum city. The names of the new office-bearers were announced by KPCC member N.S. Ratnaprabha here on Thursday. Each block committee consists of 28 members. The KPCC SC Department chairman N. Manjunathhas appointed Mallesh G. Chowgale president of the Belgaum District SC Department and Peddanna M. president of the ST Department in the District Congress Committee .
