`Rock Rhythmz'

HYDERABAD: A national-level rock contest called `Rock Rhythmz' will be organised on March 3 at Durgam Cheruvu from 5 p.m. onwards. Organised by Svechha, a non-profit organisation initiated by senior management professionals in the software industry, the contest will be a fund raising event for the activities of the organisation.

The first of its kind rock contest in Hyderabad will also see participants from IT companies that include Satyam, Oracle, Microsoft and CSC apart from rock bands from across India.

Pre-finals will be held on March 2 at Prasads. Five bands will be selected to perform on the final day. City-based band `History Makers' will give a special performance. DJ Moksh will also perform. For more details contact: 23751580.
