WC worries for film folk

With the cricket carnival set to storm the world 10 days from now, Telugu film producers are circumspect about the prospects of their new films. The World Cup lasts till April-end.

At least 20 films are lined up for release during this period. Generally, cricket is the only game that eats into cinema territory with frenzied fans following it zealously. But with this WC edition's matches telecast only during nights thanks to the time difference, some filmmakers insist there is no reason for worry.
