TRAI consultation paper on DTH services

CHENNAI : The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has released a consultation paper on issues relating to DTH (Direct-To-Home) services. Various regulatory issues arising out of the provision of the DTH television service have been discussed in the paper, says a release.
