VISAKHAPATNAM: Sports Training Centre, Secunderabad scored an easy 6-1 win over Vijayawada XI in the first MLA Cup State-level invitation hockey tournament at Elamanchili to reach the semifinal super league stage on Friday. East Godavari prevailed over West Godavari 2-1 and Gudur Hockey Club downed a depleted Visakhapatnam XI 3-1 while host Elamanchili XI swamped Vizianagaram XI 7-0.
