VISION '07 is set to get bigger and better than ever before VISION '07 is set to get bigger and better than ever before

CHENNAI: VISION' 07, a national-level technical symposium, organised by the Electronics and Communication Engineering Association of College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, is to be conducted from March 7-10.

With a wider array of online and offline events, lucrative prizes and internships and registrations from leading Indian and overseas universities, VISION '07 is all set to get bigger and better than ever before.

It includes EXHIVISION, a two-day national level technical project display that is open to the public, workshops on various cutting-edge technologies from experts from leading industrial organisations and a host of technical and non-technical events.

Online programmes

Online programmes include VLSI contest, e-CHIP, which is open to corporate professionals and students, Onlinetechquiz, making its debut at VISION '07, is aimed at bringing the finest brains from all over the world through the mind-blowing phases of online quizzing and OnlineMath quiz.

With registrations from IIT's and leading American universities like Texas A&M University of Maryland and University of Massachusetts, VISION'07 goes global.

Offline events include Innowiz, the industrial defined problems that promises internships for the winners, Posterize, the modified and crispier version of Paper presentation, Robotics which calls for robots with multiple abilities, Xterminate the debugging event that tests the electronic circuits fundamentals of the participants, Junkyard junkies that poses various design challenges, BrainBytes, that tests the programming skills and various quizzing and gaming events.

Workshops are to be held on March 7 and March 8.
