KALPETTA: A one-day Parent Education Programme was organised under SSA Wayanad on Friday at SKMJHS Kalpetta to highlight the problems of parents of children with special needs (CWSN). P.R Nirmala Kumari, chairperson, Kalpetta municipality, inaugurated the function. E.P Mohandas, district project officer, presided. The programme is being conducted in all the 25 panchayats in Wayanad.
