MYSORE: A man allegedly murdered his wife and committed suicide in the early hours of Saturday at Alanahalli village on the outskirts of Mysore city. The deceased have been identified as Manjula (30) and Shivananju (36), a plumber. According to the police, the two had a quarrel and Shivananju was reportedly constantly harassing Manjula to bring money from her parents to clear a loan . Manjula's father found her body. The police said Shivananju was found hanging from a banyan tree.
