Temporary closure of SCR booking counters

Current booking counters of South Central Railway will remain shut from 6 p.m. of Sunday to 4 a.m. of Monday, due to monthly maintenance work of the Passenger Reservation System, a press release said.

Current day and Internet booking, enquiry through passenger-operated enquiry terminal and interactive voice response system will also not be available on South Central Railway for the above period. However, reservation across the counters will be available during the normal working hours on Sunday and Monday, the release said.

Special buses for Inter students

The city region of the RTC will ply 116 special buses in connection with the Intermediate examination from March 5 to 23.

Buses will be operated to all the examination centres in the city from 5.30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 12 noon.

Hotel management students' summit

Blood donation camp

Andhra Pradesh Women Employees' Welfare Association will organise a blood donation camp at `H' Block, old dispensary hall, ground floor on March 5. It is being held to prepare a record of donor's list for Institute of Preventive Medicine and will be inaugurated by Ranjeev R. Acharya, Principal Secretary, Finance, at 10.30 a.m. It will continue till 5 p.m., said N. Satya Sulochana, secretary.
