CD released
Releasing a CD on the biography of late Sripada Rao at a function here on Friday, Mr. Reddy said the former Speaker had a spotless political career. He was renowned for his patient handling of Assembly proceedings. Mr. Sripada Rao used to emphasise that the MLAs should have common sense while raising issues. They should not be bogged down with rules of legislature.
Son's offer
The former Speaker's son and Congress MLA D. Sridhar Babu offered to institute an award for the best legislator on behalf of the foundation being run in his father's name.
