Two children attacked by dogs

BANGALORE: A 10-year-girl was attacked by a stray dog at Siderahalli near MEI Layout on Hesaraghatta Main Road on Saturday evening.

Eyewitnesses said Chaitra was on her way to attend private tuition when the dog attacked her. The incident angered the people of the area who used stones and clubs and killed the dog, eyewitnesses said.

In another case, Janardhan (4) was attacked by a pack of dogs in Chandra Layout. It is said the boy suffered minor injuries.

His parents took him to a hospital for treatment.
