Isolated rain likely south T.N.

CHENNAI: Isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu and coastal Andhra Pradesh.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over Kerala and dry weather prevailed over Lakshadweep, Rayalaseema, Telangana and Karnataka.

They were appreciably to markedly above normal at many places over Andhra Pradesh, at one or two places over south interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, above normal at one or two places over rest Tamil Nadu, north Kerala, appreciably below normal at one or two places over Telangana and were generally normal over rest of the region.

Ramagundam and Belgaum airport recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 17 degree Celsius in the plains of the region.

Forecast (Valid until Tuesday morning): Isolated light rain is likely to occur over south Tamil Nadu and south Kerala.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over north Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, north Kerala, Lakshadweep, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
