Mystery shrouds newly-wed woman's death

HYDERABAD: A newly-married woman Bhavani (19) died under suspicious circumstances here on Saturday.

Bhavani's relatives alleged that her in-laws poisoned her to death demanding more dowry while her husband Mallesh said she died while being shifted to a corporate hospital in L.B. Nagar after developing convulsions.

She was married to Mallesh, a constable posted at Cyberabad Police Control Room, on February 21.

The police said the mystery behind the case could be unravelled after post-mortem report.
