HYDERABAD: The city police on Sunday arrested an electrician on the charge of sexually assaulting a four-year-old girl in an under construction building at Langer Houz. Accused person Nagaraju (22), a resident of Jirra in Asifnagar, accosted the girl and her sister when they were heading towards a temple. He lured the girl on the pretext of showing colourful serial bulbs displayed on the other side of the temple, took her inside the building and allegedly raped her, the police said. Around the same time, girl's mother came to the temple and enquired with temple workers about the whereabouts of her children. When they told her that a man accompanied the girls to the building site, she alerted devotees who pinned down Nagaraju and handed him over to the police.
