PATHANAMTHITTA: The district leaders of the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist), P.K. Vijayan, M.K. Krishnankutty and V.G. Prasannakumar, have alleged that the Government decision to make use of the financial assistance to the tune of Rs.1,450 crore from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) was against the `social justice' plank and progressive-socialist ideologies upheld by the Communist movement. Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, the CPI(ML) leaders said that the party would observe a hartal in the State on Thursday.
