NIZAMABAD: In the Legislative Council elections to be held on March 17, 23,176 graduates, 3,120 teachers and 687 elected representatives of local bodies are likely to cast their vote in the district. Apart from MPs from Nizamabad and Medak, the MLAs from Nizamabad, Kamareddy and Bodhan can also use their vote. In all, 95 polling stations will be set up. Giving details at an official meeting here on Tuesday, district Collector I.S. Sri Naresh said for graduates, teachers and elected representatives polling stations would be set up at all mandal headquarter towns.
