Doordarshan to telecast WC

NEW DELHI: Doordarshan will telecast live select matches of the ICC Cricket World Cup from March 13 to April 28, on its national channel DD1.

The schedule: March 13: West Indies v Pakistan, Jamaica, 8 p.m.; March 17: India v Bangladesh, Trinidad and Tobago, 7 p.m.; March 19: India v Bermuda, Trinidad and Tobago, 7 p.m.; March 23: India v Sri Lanka, Trinidad and Tobago 7 p.m.; March 24: Australia v South Africa, St. Kitts and Nevis, 7 p.m.

Super eight matches on March 31, April 2, April 7, April 8, April 11, April 13, April 15, April 19 (all 7 p. m.); April 24: first semifinal; April 25: second semifinal and April 28: Final. — Principal Correspondent
