Thiruvananthapuram: Dnata, a leading travel management services company in the United Arab Emirates that offers innovative airport passenger services at Dubai International Airport, is gearing up to boost its presence in the Indian sub-continent with plans to market all Marhaba Services in the country. Dnata has teamed up with Kuoni Travel Group, India, to sell Marhaba's wide range of passenger-assistance services in India. This comes close on the heels of the successful promotion of Marhaba services in Sri Lanka and Pakistan, a release said here. Ismail Ali Albanna, Executive Vice-President, Dnata, and Zubin Karkaria, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Kuoni India and South Asia, signed the agreement to this effect. The agreement paves the way for travellers from the country to book services such as exclusive meet-and-greet; assistance with immigration and customs clearance; CityStop packages for transfer passengers; and auxiliary services like floral bouquets and limousine service. The services can be booked before travel to or via Dubai from Kuoni India outlets. For a small fee, travellers can also access the luxurious Marhaba passenger lounges at Terminal 1 at Dubai's airport, to rest and refresh, regardless of their airline of travel. Drawn from many nationalities and cultures, Marhaba staff are multi-lingual and specially-trained to cater to the needs of tourists, families, VIP passengers and corporate business travellers.
