Dry weather in Tamil Nadu CHENNAI: Isolated rainfall occurred over Kerala and dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Lakshadweep. Kozhikode recorded one centimetre rainfall. On Wednesday, the maximum temperature fell at one or two places over interior Karnataka, north interior Tamil Nadu and changed little elsewhere over the region. They were appreciably above normal at one or two places over Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, above normal at one or two places over rest Karnataka, Kerala, rest Tamil Nadu, Rayalaseema, Telangana, appreciably below normal at one or two places over south coastal Tamil Nadu, below normal at one or two places over coastal Andhra Pradesh, rest Telangana and were generally normal over the rest of the region. Cuddapah recorded the highest maximum temperature of 40 degree C in the region. The minimum temperature fell appreciably at one or two places over Tamil Nadu, north interior Karnataka, fell at one or two places over rest Karnataka, north coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, rose appreciably at one or two places over rest Tamil Nadu and changed little elsewhere over the region. Weather (Valid until Saturday morning): Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over South Tamil Nadu, South Kerala and Lakshadweep. Mainly dry weather will prevail over North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and North Kerala. Partly cloudy sky. Maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 33 and 24 degree Celsius respectively. Farmers Weather Bulletin for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (Forecast valid until Saturday morning): Isolated light to moderate rain is likely to occur over South Tamil Nadu and mainly fair weather will prevail over North Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
