Zylog Systems files draft prospectus

CHENNAI: Zylog Systems, a software solution provider, proposes to expand business by setting up two offshore development centres at Sholinganallur and Siruseri near Chennai. It also plans acquisitions and strategic investments. To part finance its expansion plans, the company proposes to enter the capital market with a public issue through book building. The company has filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI.
