Change in telephone lines in Thirukkazhukundram

CHENNAI:
Chennai Telephones will change 623 landline connections (with numbers starting with 27447000 to 27447999) attached to the Thirukkazhukundram AXE exchange to the new EWSD switch on Friday evening.
The telephone numbers will remain the same after the re-parenting. However, the customers should reactivate their Phone-Plus services. Those with STD/ISD facilities should re-register the secret code. After the re-parenting, the STD/ISD calling facility will be in a closed condition. The existing procedure for dynamic locking holds good, according to a press release.
