Indian Bank launches IB Aishwarya scheme

CHENNAI: Indian Bank has introduced IB Aishwarya, a special scheme for women, with the objective of making women self-reliant. The scheme was launched by C. K. Gariyali, Secretary to the Governor of Tamil Nadu, at a function held here on Thursday in connection with Women's Day celebrations. Presiding over the function, K. C. Chakrabarty, Chairman and Managing Director, Indian Bank, emphasised the need for providing life insurance cover for women of all segments of society.
