GUNTUR: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Guntur, has decentralised customer services. Customers can get re-charge coupons, post-paid and pre-paid SIM cards and other services at any one of the BSNL customer service centres in the city.

General Manager, Telecom, said that customers could avail themselves of services like replacement of faulty or lost post-paid and pre-paid SIMs, apply for facilities like STD, national roaming, ISD, international roaming, call conference and Closed User Group at the nearest customer service centres.
