SRIKAKULAM: Telugu Desam leaders, who included district unit president Tammineni Sitaram, former Minister G. Appala Suryanarayana and former ZP chairman Y.S.V. Suryanarayana, came down accused Congress leaders of irresponsible behaviour. Addressing a joint media conference at party office on Friday, Mr. Sitaram pointed to the deteriorating sanitation in the town because of the strike by municipal employees and wanted to know why the administration was not taking any action. Was it because the person at the centre of the issue was a ruling party councillor, he asked.
