DEHRA DUN : Uttarakhand MLA Kishore Upadhyay's briefcase went missing form the State Assembly premises here on Friday. The briefcase, containing some important papers and money, was stolen by someone when Mr. Upadhyay went to the bathroom keeping the briefcase in the lobby where several other legislators from both the ruling BJP and Congress were sitting. ``I have lodged a report in this regard with the Secretary, Vidhan Sabha,'' said Mr. Upadhayay, the Congress MLA from Tehri. ``This is very strange that the briefcase went missing from the Assembly,'' he said. - PTI
