Continuing education programmes at NIFT

CHENNAI:
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is organising various continuing education programmes in collaboration with Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing Development Corporation to train SC/ST candidates free of cost to become entrepreneurs.
The programmes for candidates in the 17-35 age group include one-year courses in clothing production technology, fashion knitwear and production technology, footwear designing and production technology, fashion and clothing technology and a six-month course in marketing and merchandising for footwear and leather products. The interview is scheduled at 10 a.m. on March 14 at NIFT, Taramani. For details, contact 22542755/56 (Ext-324).
