Exhibition concludes today

CHENNAI
: The 10-day-long exhibition on Government departments and schemes organised at the Gandhi Mandapam in Guindy concludes on Saturday. The Information and Publicity Department has organised similar exhibitions across the State to inform people about the Government's schemes and achievements.
The valedictory function would be held at 5 p.m., in which Chennai Collector R. Jaya and Mayor M. Subramanian would participate.
Mr. Subramanian would distribute prizes to the best stalls. Parliament and Assembly members, local administration representatives and officials would be present.
Chennai Government Music College students and the Udhayasuriyan artistes troupe would also perform at the valedictory function between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
