The college, which offers courses in B.Com, BSc. Students who obtained selection through campus interviews constitute about five per cent of the final year students of the college. The selected students will join the companies after the publication of their examination results. According to Zajo Joseph of the Department of Commerce, the college, with the financial support of the University Grants Commission, organises a training programme for the students to make them employable. Apart from equipping the students with soft skills the training programme also aims at instilling social commitment in the students. The training programme for the current year began with a talk on `what the employers expect from their employees' by Satheesh Kumar K.G., former Chief Executive Officer of Techno Park. Fr. Joseph Mathew is the convenor of the placement cell.
