ICRA to tap market

MUMBAI: ICRA on Monday said it would enter the capital market with a public offer 25.81 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price band of Rs 275-Rs 330 to raise up to Rs. 85.17 crore to help some of its shareholders liquidate their holdings in the company. The issue would be open from March 20 to 23.
